Renting Copperdome Lodge

• Our facility best caters to groups of 8-50
• The 15 room private education facility and lodge is complete with lounge, dining room, library, large fully-equipped kitchen, offices, games room, etc.
• There are 2 private self-contained Riverside duplex suites
• Large Schoolhouse is in addition to smaller meeting and study areas in the Lodge
• Dining: Groups can self-cater or we can assist them in partnering with a roster of  excellent local chefs. Fresh food is available in abundance from local farms including organic vegetables, meats, etc.
• The Valley provides an incredible selection of outdoor adventures
• The facility is also family friendly for those programs focusing on the family and/or children.

Conference resources include:

• Tables and chairs to accommodate 50
• Audio, video and DVD equipment
• 144" projection theatre system
• Flip charts
• High speed Internet

Additional offerings:

• Games room and library
• Canoe, bicycle and snowshoe rentals

What participants should bring:

• All personal effects
• Towels and toiletries
• Slippers [no outdoor shoes allowed in the lodge]
• Camera
• Sunscreen
• Outdoor equipment

 NOTE: We ask all renters to sign a rental contract which outlines fees, policies, primarily school or educational use of facility, deposit and confirms your booking.
