Renting Copperdome Lodge

  • Our facility best caters to groups of 8-50
  • Facilities and amenities are perfect for group or corporate getaways
  • The 15 room private lodge is complete with lounge, dining room, library, large fully-equipped kitchen, offices, games room, etc.
  • There are 2 private self-contained Riverside duplex suites
  • Large conference or meeting room in our Schoolhouse is in addition to smaller meeting areas in the Lodge
  • Dining: Groups can self-cater or we can assist in partnering you with a roster of  excellent local chefs. Fresh food is available in abundance from local farms including organic vegetables, meats, etc.
  • The Valley provides an incredible selection of outdoor adventures
  • The facility is also family friendly

Conference resources include:

  • Tables and chairs to accommodate 50
  • Audio, video and DVD equipment
  • 144" projection theatre system
  • Flip charts
  • High speed Internet

Additional offerings:

  • Games room and library
  • Canoe, bicycle and snowshoe rentals

What participants should bring:

  • All personal effects
  • Towels and toiletries
  • Slippers [no outdoor shoes allowed in the lodge]

  • Outdoor equipment

What organizers should bring:

  • Group training supplies
