Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non refundable if cancelled at anytime. Bookings can be cancelled for any reason prior top 21 days before the start date. Bookings cancelled 21 days before the retreat or later are entirely non-refundable. The entire sum of the retreat payment must be paid in full 21 days before the retreat start date. By purchasing a retreat I agree to let Copperdome Lodge, Wix and associated parties store my credit card on file and authorize any charges outlined in the booking policy.
