Your retreat Host

Mikki Kinnaird is a sought after 400 hour RYT and Indigenous Healer.  After practicing yoga for 15 years and fully immersing herself in her wellness journey Mikki began teaching yoga and meditation in hope of sharing her gift’s with her community. Having overcome many adversity’s and addiction at a young age, Mikki brings a wide variety of experience and wisdom to her classes and healing sessions. 

 

Mikki loves to connect mind and body through breath and movement. Always advocating for Health and Wellness Mikki believes that all classes can be made accessible for all fitness levels. Mikki’s is truly passionate about helping others on their journey. Mikki invites you to Come find your power and inner strength.

    You will be served daily chef-inspired home-style meals. This includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners! The last day will feature a farewell BBQ dinner with games and snacks.     The retreat is located at Copperdome Lodge, in Pemberton, British Columbia, Canada. Nestled in the sunny Pemberton Valley and ringed by rugged mountains. Copperdome Lodge provides an escape from reality, and a secluded setting for relaxation. Surrounded by the majestic Coast Mountains and the lush Pemberton Valley, this pristine corner of British Columbia offers an idyllic escape for nature lovers. Distances - 2.5 hr drive from Vancouver - 35 min drive from Whistler - 10 min drive to Pemberton
  • Not included
    - Transportation to, from and during the retreat. A car is required to get yourself to/from offsite activities - Offsite food/drinks - Additional activities you chose to do in free time

    - Booking requires 20% deposit of total price - Deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled - The rest of the payment must be paid via e-transfer (contact us for other methods) 30 days before retreat start date Copperdome Lodge and the Women's Adventure Retreats are not responsible for the policies of providers of the Signature Adventure Retreats - If a Signature Adventure is unable to happen (ie gets cancelled due to weather or other reasons without time to book 2nd choice) you will be refunded the full price of the Signature Adventure
